The Position:
Technical Account Manager

As a Technical Account Manager at ThreatFabric, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions for our customers. You are responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring a smooth implementation process.


Skills & Competencies

• Manage Technical Implementation projects and Post-Implementation engagements for ThreatFabric’s Fraud Risk Suite (FRS) fraud detection solution for our financial services customers

• Develop a detailed Implementation Plan that outlines business requirements, technical requirements, specifications, scope, resources, timeline, and deliverables for customer solutions.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams within ThreatFabric, including sales, product development, and DevOps, to ensure a cohesive implementation process.

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and tailor implementations to their specific needs.

• Coordinate internal (ThreatFabric) and external (customer, partner) resources to align activities and solution delivery with the agreed Implementation Plan.

• Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors.

• Manage customer expectations and provide regular updates to ensure transparency throughout the implementation phase.

• Identify potential risks and issues early in the project and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to facilitate activities required for the Implementation Plan.

• Ensure all project milestones are met on time and within budget, adjusting plans as necessary to address any changes or challenges.

• Own customers’ technical requests and coordinate the resolution of any technical issues.

• Ensure all deliverables are provided with top quality, on time, and achieve customer requirements.

• Monitor the post-implementation environment to ensure the solution is functioning as intended and providing the expected benefits.

• Collect and analyze feedback from customers to continuously improve the implementation process and customer satisfaction.

• Document best practices and lessons learned to refine the implementation methodology for future projects.

• Work closely with the product development team to provide insights on customer needs and potential product enhancements.

• Assist with the creation of support materials, such as user guides and FAQs, to aid clients in the transition to new systems or processes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A proven track record of delivering successful enterprise software projects in customer-facing roles.

• Strong technical background and hands-on experience with digital technologies.

• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Service Management

• Experience with Java, Python, database technologies, and web technologies is a plus

• Familiarity with software development processes, solution design, and system integration principles.

• Experience in deploying solutions on major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where many tasks and responsibilities must be managed in parallel.

• A listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Team player.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience in the financial services sector is a plus.

• Experience with mobile technologies is a plus.

• Experience in fraud or cybersecurity is a plus.
